Shipping & returns

Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein using Swiss Post. Your order will arrive within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday).

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Please contact us at contact@bohudin.com if you wish to place an order outside of Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Exchanges

The ordered item doesn't fit? No problem. You can exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Please proceed as follows:

1. Send us an email at contact@bohudin.com with the reason for the exchange and the desired new size and color.

2. The costs for return shipping are borne by you. Please send us the item in the original packaging and in a hygienically impeccable condition.

We cannot accept the exchange if, in particular:

  • the product shows signs of use, especially if it has been washed, is dirty or damaged, or has a bad odor
  • the product was damaged during transport.

For a return from Switzerland or Liechtenstein, send the item including the completed return form to:

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you your new item. We will cover the shipping costs.

Returns

Are you unhappy with the purchased item? You have the right to return the garment within 30 days of receipt.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Send us an email at contact@bohudin.com with the reason for the return and fill out the return form.

2. The costs for return shipping are borne by you. Please send us the shirt in the original packaging and in a hygienically impeccable condition.

We cannot accept the return if, in particular:

  • the product was damaged during transport.

3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to you minus any shipping costs that may have been incurred.
